TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the procedure for using the online service SlaySMM (website: https://slaysmm.com/, Telegram bot: @smmsup_bot), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, sending the /start command, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement in full.

1.3. In case of disagreement with any terms of this Agreement, the User is obliged to immediately discontinue using the Service.

2. Nature of Services and Digital Products

2.1. The Service provides digital products and services of an intangible nature, including but not limited to social media marketing (SMM) services, promotional engagement tools, analytics, structured data, and related service functionality.

2.2. Materials and services provided through the Service may include:

  • Information gathered from open public sources;
  • Proprietary materials created by the Administration and/or third parties;
  • Analytical reviews, curated collections, recommendations, and structured datasets.

2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the core value of the digital goods and services lies in their systemization, analysis, presentation format, automated processing, ongoing maintenance, support, and regular updates, rather than the exclusivity of individual information fragments.

2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity, or complete unavailability of individual elements or materials outside of the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

  • That the Service will meet the User's individual expectations;
  • The achievement of any specific financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
  • Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits;
  • The consequences of applying any materials, recommendations, or services obtained through the Service;
  • Actions or omissions of third parties (including social media networks);
  • Temporary technical glitches, maintenance outages, or access limitations.

3.4. All decisions regarding the application of materials, recommendations, and services are made by the User independently and at their own sole risk.

4. Legality of Use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

4.2. The User undertakes to use the Service strictly within the framework of applicable local and international laws, as well as third-party platform rules.

4.3. Full legal responsibility for the use of materials and services provided by the Service rests entirely upon the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials, designs, UI elements, and code hosted within the Service are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. The User is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise exploiting the materials of the Service without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.

5.3. Any infringement upon intellectual property rights may result in the immediate termination of the User's access without any monetary compensation.

6. Access Restrictions

6.1. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or restrict User access to the Service in cases of:

  • Violation of any terms set forth in this Agreement;
  • Detection of abuse, fraudulent behavior, or automated system exploitation;
  • Direct requirements from legal authorities, applicable legislation, or payment processors.

6.2. Restriction of access does not relieve the User from obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the suspension.

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to any Users whose actions create elevated operational risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

7.1. Payment for digital products and services is carried out according to the rates and terms specified within the Service prior to purchase.

7.2. Due to the intangible, digital nature of the services, refunds are not issued once access or delivery has been initiated, except in the specific circumstances listed below.

7.3. Refunds or internal balance credits are only possible if:

  • The service was not rendered due to a technical error on the Service's end;
  • Access to the purchased digital product or service was not actually provided.

7.4. To request a refund review, the User must contact customer support within 24 hours of completing the payment.

7.5. All refund decisions are evaluated and determined by the Administration on an individual basis.

7.6. The User confirms and agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with their credit card company or payment provider without first contacting customer support.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Administration collects the minimal amount of technical and identification data necessary to maintain and deliver the functionality of the Service.

8.2. The Administration implements reasonable organizational and technical security measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

9. Amendments to Terms

9.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Agreement at any time.

9.2. The current and binding version of the Agreement is always published on the Service's official platform.

9.3. Continued use of the Service following any published updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
